The use of mobile cable reels is similar to the power sockets that we contact every day. They are all mobile power sources for the convenience of daily production and life. Then the safe electricity consumption of the mobile cable reel is similar to the electricity consumption of the plug-in row in our life. Whether it is the precautions in the working environment or the protective measures when using the socket and row, the two have something in common, so what are the common sense of safe electricity use that we should know?

First of all, the mobile cable drum should not be overloaded with electricity when in use. In order to ensure that there is no overload operation in the circuit, in the mobile cable tray, in order to ensure safety, overheating overload and leakage protectors are installed in each product, which will automatically trip after overloading.

Secondly, high-power electrical appliances are often equipped with three-pin sockets, in order to achieve safe grounding during the power-on process; and in mobile cable reels, all panels are equipped with three-hole grounding sockets.

1. In daily life, when the mobile cable reel is in use, copper wire and iron wire cannot be used instead of fuses, nor can enameled wire be used instead of electric heating wires and other substitutes.

2. When people walk off the power supply, the power switch needs to be disconnected when the power is cut off, so as to avoid accidents when calling. When used in industrial occasions, if there is a power failure, you should contact the electrician to check if there is no problem or repair it before continuing to use it.

3. Do not put the mobile cable reel in a humid and flammable environment. Although the industrial cable reel has a waterproof function, it will also affect its normal work if it is in a humid environment for a long time. Secondly, there are flammable substances in the working environment, which will cause fire danger when the current is overloaded or the power source is sparked.
